Attenditai is a web-based attendance management tool that replaces paper sign-in sheets and manual attendance tracking with QR code and barcode scanning. Organizations can generate unique passes for attendees, check people in and out using phones, tablets, kiosks, or barcode scanners, and maintain timestamped attendance records in real time. The platform supports recurring groups, visitors, events, classes, and workplaces through reusable QR passes or shared public QR codes. It also includes spreadsheet import for existing rosters, automatic duplicate detection, attendance exports to Excel and PDF, and live dashboards showing who is present, who has left, and how long they stayed. Additional capabilities include optional photo capture, signature collection, custom questions, geofenced check-ins, and visitor management, providing verifiable attendance records suitable for reporting, compliance, payroll, and operational tracking.
